We make this cake at Easter. It's pretty, colorful, festive, moist and yummy!
Ingredients:
1 boxed white cake plus ingredients to make it
1 large box strawberry Jello
Cool Whip
Strawberries
Granulated sugar
Bake the cake in a 9X13 inch pan according to directions. Allow to cool.
Mix Jello with 2 cups boiling water and stir till desolved. Add 1 cup cold water.
Poke many holes in the cake with a straw.
Pour Jello over cake and refrigerate till set.
Frost cake with Cool Whip.
Slice strawberries and sprinkle in a little sugar to help make a syrup. Regrigerate till ready to serve.
Serve a slice of cake with some strawberries.
