Blueberry Sauce

4 cups blueberries, fresh
4 tablespoons butter
1/2 cup coconut sugar
1 teaspoon lemon juice

1. Melt butter in sauce pan. 

2. Meanwhile, puree blueberries in food processor.  

3. Add blueberries, lemon juice and sugar to sauce pan. 

4. Bring to a simmer and cook till think and reduced stirring frequently.  

5. Cool and store in the refrigerator or freezer. 


Servings: about 12 1/4 cup servings

Notes: Adjust sugar depending on desired sweetness.  
Cinnamon would be really good in this. 
Makes about 3 cups.

Serving Ideas: Great on ice cream or pancakes.
